Welcome to)! Thank you for choosing our services.

We ask that before your stay, check your reservation details online (date, room type, prices) with the Pousada or Agency. Regarding the internal policy below, if there is no dispute regarding any possible item, we will understand that there has been acceptance by the guest, thus not allowing future doubts and complaints. Any cases that may be omitted here will be clarified at Reception, during check-in or even during your stay.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with Embratur's regulatory provisions, canceling or changing reservations will be subject to penalty charges. For cancellations made up to 7 (seven) days after booking confirmation, no penalties will apply and we may grant a letter of credit if the guest agrees and valid for 6 (six) months corresponding to the amount paid as a reservation deposit.

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

In cases of “no-show” and “withdrawal during the stay”, there will be no refund or letter of credit.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

The period of stay includes entry (check-in) from 2:00 pm on the initial date of the reservation and departure (check-out) until 12:00 pm on the final date. Early accommodation is not permitted before 2:00 pm and no late departure after 12:00 pm.

ABOUT CHECK- IN AND CHECK- OUT- TIPS (OPTIONAL)-ISS (MANDATORY)

At check-in, the reservation holder and their companions must go to Reception to receive instructions, check the guest registration form, thus complying with the law.

At check-out, the reservation holder must go to Reception to hand over the key and check the account statement which will include a 5% tip charge (optional) based on federal law 13419 of 13/03/ 2017 and ISS 5% (mandatory) For those who eventually wish to leave before 08:00, it will be necessary to close the account the night before by 22:00.

ACCOMMODATION OF CHD CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS

They are exempt from charges as long as the parents bring a portable crib or when accommodated in the double bed. Otherwise, request an extra bed (current rate).

PARKING

The Inn has 15 (fifteen) suites and 8 (eight) free spaces. Spaces will be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis and by those who will not be using their cars during their stay. Others, and especially those who will be using their cars during their stay, must park on the street in front of the Inn. At night, the Inn's valet will place the cars of those interested in the Inn's internal parking lot.

As the parking lot is tight, guests will always be advised by Reception on the best way to park their car. To this end, Reception has a sketch and cars that are parked in the Pousada's internal courtyard must leave the key at Reception.

It is not permitted to reserve spaces.

UNDER 18

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require the presentation of supporting documents at check-in in accordance with the law.

ROOM STORAGE

Suite cleaning will take place until 3:00 pm. Those who do not wish to be cleaned are asked to notify Reception. Hanging towels will be kept for reuse.

WASTE OF WATER AND ENERGY

When leaving the suite, please check for leaks (open taps or possible defect in the attached toilet flush box), lights on, TV, air conditioning and similar). Non-compliance with electricity ensures the Inn's right to unreasonably disconnect anything outside the norm.

AVOID NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM

NO NOISE is allowed on the Pousada premises AFTER 10:00 pm, which disturbs other guests such as loud radio and TV and similar, talking loudly or shouting. Parents must control any noisy play by children.

ROOM SERVICE A&B

We do not have ROOM SERVICE (food and beverage service delivered to the suites) only in the common and appropriate areas of the Pousada (lounge, deck and external tables). It is not permitted to lend utensils such as glasses, corkscrews, plates and cutlery to be used outside the room. lounge area, deck and outdoor tables.

PETS (PETS)

We do not have appropriate space for pets and, for this reason, we do not accept pets.

LOST AND FOUND

The Pousada is not responsible for objects forgotten inside the suite or externally. When found, they will be stored and available for guest collection within 30 days.

SCHEDULES

BREAKFAST: From 8:30am to 10:30am

SWIMMING POOL: From 10:30am to 7:00pm (Not heated)

SAUNA: From 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Booking at Reception, we charge a symbolic fee. The sauna can be used by prior appointment up to 1 hour in advance and payment of a fee valid for 1 hour.

Cases omitted here must be clarified at Reception.
